Many customers ask the difference between our White tea and others, which are much cheaper.

We can only answer: QUALITY :)

White tea or white tea itself has many qualities and in general there are 2 types: SILVER NEEDLE and WHITE PEONY.

White Tea is made from carefully picked strands of very young and not yet blooming tea shoots, where the young shoots, commonly called peko, are still covered with silvery white hair, giving the impression of a velvety white color which later turns white when dry.

Processed naturally and minimally, namely only through withering and drying with the help of wind and mountain sunshine immediately after the picking process is carried out, without going through oxidation / fermentation or grinding processes so that it does not damage the actual shape of the tea. White Tea has lower levels of chlorophyll and higher levels of polyphenol antioxidants, but very low caffeine.

The lack of processing makes white tea a premium health tea with the highest polyphenol content of all teas.

Serving suggestions:

1. Bring the water to a boil, and let stand 3 minutes to let the water temperature drop.

2. For a 200-300ml glass, take 10-15 strands of Silver Needle White Tea.

3. Can be re-brewed up to 3x.

4. The best taste in the 2nd brew.
